Training of the hotel staff

On December 6, 2015, a general staff meeting was held at the monastery hotel. Abbess Feofaniya, the director of the hotel gave a recital together with the President of the Association “Hotel Expert”, a member of the Council for Classification of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Expert Council of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Nemolyayeva M.E.

Ms. Nemolyayeva has talked about the kinds of the high-level hotel personnel requirements, stressed the importance of their compliance, shared some cases from her extensive practice in an accessible and interesting form.
The staff asked her some questions about the monastery hotel activities.

Moreover, during the meeting, it was discussed the details of the presenting the certificate of awarding the 5-star category ceremony, as well as the practical tasks and specificities of the guests welcoming at the hotel near a monastery.
