On the Great Thursday, the preparations for the Easter will begin, as for the main Orthodox fete, dedicated to the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Easter cakes will be baked this day and eggs will be painted in the kitchen of the monastery’s refectory.
September 18, 2016, pilgrim group of 46 people from Canada led by Protopriest Vladimir Malchenko, Rector of Holy Trinity Cathedral in Toronto prayed in the Temple of the Resurrection of Christ, on the day of the Parish feast of the monastery and the day of the Saints Peter and Fevronia of Murom relics transferring.
