Monastic Refectory
You will never get any problems with meals in our hotel. You can choose when and where you would like to have a meal. And certainly, you will find any dishes you would like to have.
On the first floor of the hotel, you will find the Monastic refectory. At The Refectory, you can enjoy lenten, diet, and traditional Russian dishes cooked according to the original recipes. There is a special children’s menu, which would please our little guests, as the choice of ice-creams, cakes, and other pastries, prepared by our confectioners, is large.
All the products used are thoroughly controlled. When cooking dishes, no food additives that improve taste are used; All products are exclusively natural. The Epiphany water and “Thursday salt” are added in all dishes. As you know, even the most simple monastic food is unusually tasty, because it is prepared with prayer.
According to the Orthodox tradition, the central place here is occupied by a huge icon of the Last Supper of Our Lord Jesus Christ: the last meal of the Savior’s earthly life, described in the Gospel. Quiet, pacifying music, calm atmosphere and delicious taste of your favorite dishes will allow you to rest and think only of the good.
Every morning we serve breakfast – the buffet style.
There is a bar on the ground floor of the hotel and the buffet on the second.
You can always find soft drinks, hot appetizers and snacks, salads, desserts, fresh pastries and much more. The buffet is equipped with a modern coffee machine and other household appliances. You can have a snack at cozy tables in the buffet, buy something in the room or with you on the road. Also, you can book a table in the gazebo in the monastery garden, where you will be served lunch, dinner or just a snack in the fresh air.
If you would like some silence and loneliness you can order in the room any dishes you like at any time.
