Sergey Sobyanin, the Mayor of Moscow has awarded the winners of the “Best realized project in the field of construction” contest

On the eve of the celebration of the Day of the Builder, on August 12, 2016, in the Luzhniki District, the mayor of the city Sergey Semyonovich Sobyanin, presented prizes to the winners of the “Best-realized project in the field of construction” contest.

The awarding ceremony was held in two stages: first, the winners of the competition were announced based on the results of the decision of the City Tender Committee, second, the Mayor of Moscow has awarded the winners following the results of the citywide open vote.

As the organizer of the contest, the Head of the Department of Urban Development of Moscow Sergey Lyovkin, this year more than 120 applications were submitted, by the decision of the expert commission only 87 projects in 13 nominations were allowed to participate. Simultaneously, a citywide open voting took place on the portal “Active citizen”, at an exhibition of projects at VDNKh and the contest site. “More than 190 thousand Muscovites defined their own, people’s winners,” said Lyovkin.

Among the elected by the people, it is very pleasant that there is a project implemented by our subordinate organization of the Unitary Enterprise “Management for Reconstruction and Development of Unique Objects”, – “Monastery Hotel and Chapel with the Pokrovsky Monastery”, Moscow, CAO, st. Taganskaya, 58, b. 12, which won by the results of the citywide open vote (12,161 votes) in the nomination “Best realized project for the construction of hotels.”
