Fundamentals of the flawless service

The staff of the Intercession (Pokrovsky) Monastery hotel regularly improve their skills, actively participate in training and seminars conducted by professionalists.

Knowledge of the standards of service and the flawless service is the basis of the staff qualifications of the monastery hotel.

On February 12, 2016, the training course “Standards of Guest Servicing in the Hotel Enterprise”, conducted by the teachers of the Moscow State Institute for the Industry of Tourism n. a. Yuri Senkevich, was successfully completed by the staff.

On the basis of the results of the course, the rector of the Institute Alexander Yankovsky has handed over the certificates of professional development to the participants.
