The first miracle of Christ, described in the Holy Scriptures, was a miracle in Cana in Galilee at the wedding fete. It is considered by the Church as the blessing of marriage, and the Gospel of this miracle is read in the rite of the wedding.

God blesses pious married couples and gives them a help. Today we are together with you to rejoice the reunification of two more souls, that have found comfort and support in each other along the way. May the Lord to prolong the days of your life together to build temples of your souls in the union of love and peace. The Queen of Heaven, Mother of Christ our God, may help you in the Christian parenting of children.
